How to read this vault
Five words, used strictly
A plan's status is a claim, so it follows our AI Welfare & Honesty Policy: no number appears here that we can't trace to a live page, a signed document or a measurement we can reproduce. When one isn't verifiable, the plan says so.

What moved, and why
- Rebuilt the vault. The June "campaigns" app is retired; every plan now has the same shape: scope, timeline, price, status and a dated current status.
- Added five plans that were live elsewhere but missing here: Scarlet, the Bet On You incubator, Engineering Services, the Consciousness-Claims Audit and the Lab.
- GROWL moved from Live to Prototype. The interface runs; an exchange with matching and custody does not, and its marketplace figures are samples.
- Tech's Tinder is marked Proposed. It is specified, not built.
- Retired the old seed-partnership draft and the "Mark of the Beast" reward-network campaign. Old links redirect here.
